JARED EQUITIES, INC., investment strategy focuses on assisting investors with acquisition and renovation financing for distressed single family assets in select target markets in California that exhibit the potential of improving value through active property renovation and repositioning. JEI with its investors, provides funding for the acquisition and/or renovation of non–owner occupied assets.
As a Private Lender, JEI has a client base of residential redevelopment investors. To date, JEI has successfully provided the funding on various single family acquisition and renovations totaling approximately $6MM for properties in Northern California, Ohio and Michigan. All investments were funded and closed within the specified timelines with exits that produced expected returns for investors.
In addition, JEI has assigned/wholesaled properties in California and Arizona. JEI continues to establish a network of brokers, realtors, wholesalers and other real estate professionals to build a pipeline of investment opportunities. In 2016, JEI will further leverage Rick Dichoco’s Architecture and Construction Management experience to include real estate redevelopment in their product line to enhance its revenue stream.
