IT'S ABOUT THE PROJECT . . .
At Jared Equities, Inc. we look at the value of the property. We look at the ability of the property to yield a return that will both satisfy debts and provide a good return for our borrowers. Also, the project deliverables must match the local market (ie: updates that match the local neighborhood and trending). That said, we qualify our borrower. Does the borrower have the experience? Does the borrower have an experienced team? The project’s success is essential to the team as a whole, that is why our team at Jared Equities, Inc. conducts a thorough due diligence process to ensures our projects run as smoothly as possible.
2.
IT'S ABOUT THE EXIT STRATEGY . . .
Clear exit strategies are required for all loans. This keeps both borrowers and investors successful. As we know, nothing is guaranteed. With solid planning and thoughtful exit strategies we can move forward with confidence in our projects. Jared Equities, Inc. ensures our projects have sound exit strategies to match current market conditions.

IT'S ABOUT EVERYONE'S SUCCESS . . .
We want to make it clear that we are in this business for the long term. We build long term relationships with our investors and borrowers through successful implementation of our projects. We will only fund projects where everyone wins. This concept sets Jared Equities, Inc. aside from many other lenders in that the borrower’s financial success is as equally important as ours. Our lending criteria is designed to allow borrowers to maximize their leverage and keep us all in safer positions.
