At Jared Equities, Inc. we look at the value of the property. We look at the ability of the property to yield a return that will both satisfy debts and provide a good return for our borrowers. Also, the project deliverables must match the local market (i.e.: updates that match the local neighborhood and trending). That said, we qualify our borrower. Does the borrower have the experience? Does the borrower have an experienced team? The project’s success is essential to the team as a whole; that is why our team at Jared Equities, Inc. conducts a thorough due diligence process to ensure our projects run as smoothly as possible.
